Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all clothing remains unworn with original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your MRP account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
